A3M Designs has been delivering – for customers of all shapes and sizes – in the printing business for almost 35 years.
There isn’t much we haven’t seen or done, there aren’t many media and surfaces we haven’t printed on.
In that time we have printed on – pretty much – the full range of media. From Plywood to MDF, Leather and even plastic keyboards. There isn’t much we haven’t seen and done, or many media and surfaces we haven’t printed on.
Our state-of-the-art UV and Solvent Printers can print on full-sheet rigid media, and in White Inks. This means that when we print a White (including gradients), it REALLY is pure White and not simply an absence of ink on the media. Add in a highly experienced and technically excellent team and you can see how we are able to provide consistency and a high-quality standard finish to every single print project – large or small – that leaves the building.

PRINT SERVICES
Wallpaper
We are printing more and more ‘digital wall-papers’ for installations from small to HUGE. Whether it be for office walls, corridors, large halls, schools or showrooms we offer a wide range of finishes including smooth satin, glossy and matt finishes. We also print onto textiles, so you can have a high-resolution digital print, with a wallpaper finish, on a range of different textures.
Stickers
ANY size, ANY shape, kiss-cut, through-cut… the choice really is yours, and we have a solution for everything. When it comes to Stickers our choice of products is endless. From simple to the ‘absurd’, we do it all. We can print onto a range of vinyl such as Monomeric and Polymeric, with a wide range of different adhesion strengths, ranging from standard to high-tack and ultra-tack to suit any surface. We also offer a range of window vinyl including optically clear and static cling.
Banners
With a huge range of durable materials, from standard PVC, to Mesh and Scrim (Banners) we have a solution for all occasions. From short-term events to long-term usage in tough environments, we can produce all manner of banners, with a super-quick turnaround. Our banners are all printed in-house and include a variety of finishes from eyelets to pole pockets.
Eco Materials
At A3M we understand we have a duty to do the best we can for the environment. That is why we have invested in an Eco-friendly range of products that allow us to be PVC-free in many areas. The range of PVC-free products we are able to offer includes rigid-display boards, roller-banners, durable-card and wallpapers.
Film-works & Screen-printing
We also offer film-work for the Screen-printing Industry. Our film is a 4-thou thick based product that allows us to print on our Epson Stylus Pro 9800 using Pigmented Inks; printing at a resolution of 1440 DPI. The films produced can then be used to create screens that can be used to print on a variety of objects from flat metal panels to t-shirts.
